The Kirovsky District Court sentenced a local resident to 3 years in prison to be served in a penal colony.
The court found that in October 2022, pensioner s. Otvozhnoe illegally kept narcotic drugs at his home, as well as parts of plants containing narcotic drugs, on a large scale for the purpose of personal use until the seizure by law enforcement officers. At the hearing, the defendant admitted his guilt in full, repented of his deed— noted in the press service of the court.
The verdict did not enter into force.
