The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea will hold a discussion panel for owners of guest houses in Crimea “Guest houses of the Republic of Crimea: classification, taxation, support measures” with the participation of industry experts, representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Rosakkreditatsiya, the Office of the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Republic of Crimea, the Crimean State Fund for Entrepreneurship Support. The event will take place as part of the XI Interregional exhibition-forum for tourism industry professionals and HoReCa segment enterprises “Crimea.Season — 2026” on February 27 at the Yalta-Intourist Group of Companies.
Guest houses are entering the holiday season with a new status – classified accommodation facilities. The Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea has already held more than 100 seminars in municipalities for owners of guest houses with explanations of the legislation. However, questions remain and new ones appear, so our next meeting will be aimed at providing comprehensive answers from the authorities and experts. Particular attention will be paid to the stage of business legalization — entering information into the Federal Accreditation Register, as well as issues related to current activities and its compliance with regulatory requirements— said the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Ganziy.

Cluster Development Center Entrepreneurship Support Fund will provide information on available support measures for entrepreneurs involved in the hotel business and management of guest houses.
The director of the ANO “Crimean Tourist Center” will talk about joint projects of the Crimean Tourist Information Centers with the owners of guest houses. Mikhail Nazarov.
