Immediately 69 accommodation facilities from 11 cities of Crimea were included in the annual rating “Island! Guests’ Choice 2025″, presented by the online booking service for hotels and apartments Ostrovok. Awards were given to 3.7 thousand properties in Russia, the CIS countries and Georgia — these are the best accommodation facilities in the opinion of Russian travelers. The rating included both chain hotels and independent hotels, small accommodation facilities, apartments and guest houses.
All objects included in the “Island! Guests’ Choice» meet a number of key indicators: they have a high average guest rating — no lower than 9 out of 10, a large number of reviews and completed bookings, as well as a minimum number of problem situations at the end of the year.
Among the laureates are hotels and a number of small accommodation facilities:
- from Sevastopol: hotels “New Chersonesos”, “Crystal Resort & Spa”, “Villa Venice”, guest house Relax Family and others;
- from Yalta: hotels “Spices and Passions”, “House of Bristol”, “Atlantis”, “Vista” and others;
- from Evpatoria: hotels “Peter”, Union and guest house “Primorsky”;
- from Feodosia: hotels “Scarlet Sails”, “Hotel on Chernomorskaya” and others;
- from Pike-perch: guest houses Pegas, Fora, Inzhir and others;
- from Simferopol: hotels “Dayana”, “Lermontov”, “Serov” and others;
- from Koreiza: hotels “Dacha Rakhmaninov” and “Rodnya”;
- from Kerch: hotels «Count’s Marina», «Promenade» and others;
- from Bakhchisaray: guest houses “Alie”, “Eski Cheshme” and others;
- from Balaclavas: Dakkar hotel and Teohari guest house;
- from Alushta: Apart-Hotel «Crimean Residence».
In addition to the main rating, this year’s award includes special nominations. Thus, the “Legends” category includes objects that have received the award three years in a row. There are two such facilities in Crimea: the Scarlet Sails hotels (Feodosia) and Dakkar (Balaklava).
Three hotels on the peninsula were included in the “Best of the Best” nomination, which recognizes properties with the highest average guest rating (10 points out of 10). Among them are the Union Hotel (Evpatoria), the Dacha Rachmaninov boutique hotel and the Rodnya Hotel (Koreiz).
In total, by the end of 2025, the rating covers more than 3 thousand accommodation facilities in Russia, as well as more than 600 properties in nine neighboring countries — Belarus, Georgia, Abkhazia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Laureates of the “Island! Guests’ Choice» will receive a special badge on the property page and a mark in the «Awards» section on the website of three services of the Ostrovok group of companies: they will be seen by independent tourists, travel agents and tour operators working with the Ostrovok B2B platform, as well as business tourists cooperating with Ostrovok Business Travel. Hoteliers will also receive stickers and certificates that they can place in their properties.
