Crimean hotels became the best in the Russian hospitality industry
Crimean hotels have become the best in the Russian hospitality industry according to the annual Russian Hospitality Awards. 5 hotels from the Crimea reached the final of the competition, two of them became winners in the nominations. In total, 632 hotels from different regions of the Russian Federation submitted applications for participation in the Award. 119 applicants who competed in 24 nominations reached the final.
The ceremony of awarding the best hotels in Russia in the hospitality industry brought together key people in the industry, owners and top management of the hotel industry in Russia, and media representatives. The award nominations reflect the trends in the development of the industry in Russia and in the world. So this year, for the first time, the nomination «Best pet-friendly hotel» was introduced. The nominations «Best ethno-hotel» and «Best PR campaign» were also returned. In these nominations, Crimean hotels received the «tourist Oscar»— noted in the press service of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea.

As noted by the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko, representatives of the Crimean hospitality traditionally receive the highest awards of the professional community.
This is the merit of the hotel management, which follows the main trends in the development of the hotel business, and each individual employee, who sees his work in the constant improvement of the quality of service, and it is also an additional plus and incentive to visit the Crimea. This season will not be easy for the tourism business of the peninsula, but, on the other hand, it will be profitable and enjoyable for tourists who will be able to significantly save on the cost of holidays in Crimea,” the minister said.
