Crimean medical institutions must… Sergey Aksyonov outlined key tasks
The Head of the Republic of Crimea noted a decrease in the number of requests and complaints from Crimeans regarding health care and medical care. According to Sergei Aksenov, the bulk of applications are personally controlled by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Crimea, Aleksey Natarov.
Thanks to the personal participation of management in the process, the number of requests regarding the provision of preferential medications has significantly decreased. For some positions, issues are resolved literally manually. At the same time, it is necessary to pay attention to appeals in which people complain about unacceptable treatment by medical personnel. Unfortunately, sometimes situations arise in which one or another physician may be inattentive or even rude to patients. Our task is to respond to all messages of this kind and to prevent such situations from reoccurring. The key role in this is, of course, played by the prompt reaction of the chief physicians of healthcare institutions, – says the Head of the Republic.
Alexey Natarov clarified that in 2025 the number of requests from citizens decreased by 18.4%. At the same time, questions arise in three main areas: on the organization of the work of medical institutions, the quality of medical care, and staffing.
Thus, to solve the problem of making appointments with doctors, Crimeans today have the opportunity to use chatbot in the national messenger MAX. In addition, here patients can receive remote consultation from a specialist and close their sick leave.
In addition, from May of this year, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Crimea plans to launch a new chatbot that will redirect patients directly to specialists authorized to solve their problematic issues. The department, on behalf of Sergei Aksenov, will publish information on how to use this tool on its official resources, including website.
Separately, Sergei Aksyonov and Alexey Natarov discussed issues related to providing assistance and support to participants in the special military operation.
It is reported that a decision was made to open a medical office on the basis of a branch of the State Fund “Defenders of the Fatherland” in the Republic of Crimea, as well as to organize additional research in five specialties on the basis of the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Crimea “Polyclinic for Medical Examinations”: surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, psychiatry and neurology.
