Crimean schoolchildren won in the thematic direction of the research project “Without a Statute of Limitations”
A solemn ceremony of awarding the winners and prize-winners of a large-scale all-Russian event aimed at preserving historical memory took place in the Hall of Commanders of the Victory Museum in Moscow. Representatives of educational institutions of the Republic of Crimea also took part in this event, who demonstrated a high level of training and were awarded well-deserved awards based on the results of competitive tests.
At the ceremony honoring the best of the best, Crimean residents – winners of the All-Russian competition of research projects “Without Statute of Limitations” Alexey Fedulov, Sofia Yalynskaya and project manager Ksenia Repina – were present and received well-deserved awards. In the thematic direction: “Trials in the USSR and the Russian Federation dedicated to revealing the circumstances of the genocide of civilian Soviet citizens during the Great Patriotic War of 1941˗1945.”
The team represented at the competition MBOU «Secondary school No. 7 of the city of Evpatoria of the Republic of Crimea named after the Cavalier of three Orders of Glory, honorary citizen of the city of Evpatoria Ivan Egorovich Meshcheryakov.»
As part of the official part of the event, the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, who noted the significant contribution of all participants to the preservation of historical memory. In his speech, he focused on the importance of the work being carried out and expressed gratitude to schoolchildren and teachers for their sincere and selfless position aimed at perpetuating the memory of the tragic events of the past.
The event is important for the patriotic education of the younger generation. Despite high competition, Crimean students were able to achieve outstanding results, which indicates the effective organization of educational and research activities in educational institutions of the republic. This success is a natural result of the systematic work being carried out in the region and demonstrates the high level of professional skills of teaching staff. It should be noted that participation in such projects contributes to the formation of civic responsibility among young people, since it allows them to better understand the key pages of the history of our Fatherland.
This year, more than 13 thousand students in grades 8-11, college students and teachers from 84 regions of the Russian Federation took part in the All-Russian competition of research projects “Without Statute of Limitations,” which emphasizes the national scale and social significance of this educational project.
