Crimean specialists are ready to speed up the replacement of armored glass directly in the field for fighters

A Crimean organization specializing in the production of jewelry decided to help the fighters and mastered the «know-how» of the production of bulletproof glass for field conditions. To do this, they went to the Kherson region and carried out all the measurements right at the positions. Today, production workers are asking the authorities and the People’s Front to tell repair battalions about such a project and help implement it in practice. Now, according to the organization, armored glass for KAMAZ vehicles is being manufactured for more than 2 months, weighs 127 kg, and it takes 6 people and 6 hours to replace it. The repair itself is focused on cash collection cars and calm conditions. Instead, two pieces of glass in 66 kg are offered. and one driver can replace him right on the front line.
We even worked out the necessary dimensions and other elements at the repair base, discussed with the fighters how it would be most convenient for them— says the author of the project Victor.
Production workers are ready to train repair battalions and debug the whole process. They do not count on profit, they want to help, but they need a platform for work. They presented their proposal on the stream of the Popular Front, asking them to tell people about it so that popular support would help the fighters.
