Crimean student guides underwent professional training at the All-Russian School of Instructors

Representatives of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student teams took part in the All-Russian School of Instructors of Student Guide Teams, which was held in Samara. The event brought together 70 leaders from 30 regions of the country to prepare for ensuring high-quality rail transportation in the summer of 2026.

Over the course of three days, participants underwent an intensive educational program aimed at improving professional competencies. The training program covered key aspects of the job: from a detailed study of job responsibilities and labor protection requirements to practicing algorithms for action in emergency situations. Particular attention was paid to the methodology for creating work schedules and personnel management.

An important part of the school were lectures and practical classes from the strategic partner — JSC Federal Passenger Company (JSC FPK). Representatives of the employer discussed real production cases with the participants, which allowed future instructors to prepare for solving complex problems directly on the routes.

As a result of the certification, more than 55 participants, including representatives of Crimea, received the qualification of instructors. It is they who will supervise the work of student teams, ensure discipline and help newcomers adapt to working conditions on the railway.

The participation of Crimean representatives in such federal educational projects is extremely important. This allows us not only to exchange experience with colleagues from other regions, but also to ensure that our students will work under the guidance of high-quality mentors who know all the intricacies of the profession,” noted Maria Nekrasova, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.

Already this summer, about 8,000 conductors from among the participants of the Russian student teams will go to the country’s railway routes. The first flights will start during the May holidays. Instructor school participants will begin their duties to ensure the comfort and safety of passengers in the upcoming season.
