As part of the large-scale republican patriotic action “Victory Landing”, fighters of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups visited the Razdolnensky district with a humanitarian and educational mission. The main venue for the events was the Serebryansk Secondary School — Kindergarten named after the Knight of the Order of Courage Viktor Toshmotov. Students organized a series of meetings aimed at preserving the historical memory of the Great Patriotic War and instilling a sense of pride in the heroic past of our country.
For high school students at the Serebryanskaya school, the fighters prepared meaningful “Lessons in Courage,” during which examples of the dedication of Soviet soldiers and the importance of defending historical truth in the modern world were discussed. At the same time, interactive educational games and quizzes were held for junior students, which allowed children to get acquainted with key events in the history of the Fatherland in an accessible form. During the conversations, special attention was paid to the feat of Viktor Toshmotov, whose name the educational institution proudly bears, which served as a living example of the continuity of generations of defenders of the Motherland.
Conducting lessons in courage in schools that bear the names of heroes places a special responsibility on our fighters. It is important for us to show schoolchildren that patriotism is not just a word from a textbook, but real actions and continuity of generations. When students, who themselves are representatives of youth, talk to the guys about heroism, it finds a much greater response in their hearts. We strive to ensure that every student understands: the history of their country and their native land was created by ordinary people who showed great fortitude at the decisive moment. Such meetings help raise a generation that will sincerely love and defend their Motherland,” noted Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
The republican action “Victory Landing” has been held in Crimea for the eighth year in a row. The project is aimed at patriotic education of youth, popularization of the values of volunteerism and development of the labor potential of students and schoolchildren. In 2026, 600 fighters from student groups will take part in the campaign events throughout the republic.
