On October 25, fighters of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups take part in the Green Festival, which takes place on the territory of the Meganom Academy of Creative Industries near Sudak. This big family holiday, organized by Tavrida.ART, has already become a tradition and every year brings together residents and guests of Crimea to make the peninsula greener and more beautiful.
This year, festival participants are helping to green the coastal area near Cape Meganom — a place that is so loved and appreciated by everyone who visits Crimea. Student brigades are also making their contribution to this important cause: the guys have already planted several dozen trees, organized a stand for Russian student brigades, and held a VR game for festival guests.
The Green Festival is not only about landscaping, but also about a vibrant cultural program: musical performances, master classes, fairs and many activities for the whole family.
Student teams of the Republic of Crimea have been taking part in the Green Festival for several years now, and we are proud that we can contribute to the greening of our beautiful peninsula. But it is important for us not only to help create green spaces, but also to actively tell festival participants about the activities of Russian student teams. This is an opportunity to share our experiences, ideas and the spirit of unity that reigns in our movement. Each such project and each action proves that together we can do a lot for our native land, – said Ekaterina Denesyuk, head of the Crimean regional branch of Russian student groups.
