Crimean will pay a fine of 45 thousand for a rash comment in Telegram
35 year old resident Zolotoe Pole was found guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintain international peace and security).
The court established that on March 18, 2023, the offender on the Telegram social network in the Crimean Wind group posted a video of a motor rally timed to coincide with the 9th anniversary of the entry of the Republic of Crimea into the Russian Federation with the comment “This is such a circus that is happening now in one of the villages of the Kirovsky district ”, which expressed his disagreement with the actions of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to conduct a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine and considers these actions tantamount to war, that is, he carried out public actions, expressing a public response against the Russian Federation— noted in the press service of the Kirovsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea.
The perpetrator admitted his guilt in committing the incriminated administrative offense and repented of his deed. The court, having comprehensively studied the materials of the case, established the guilt of the person brought to administrative responsibility, and imposed a punishment on him in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 45,000 rubles. The decision has not entered into force.
