Crimeans are invited to participate in the fifth season of the leadership competition «Leaders of Russia»

On April 4, the fifth anniversary competition of managers «Leaders of Russia» was launched — the flagship project of the presidential platform ««. For managers from Russia and abroad, this is an opportunity to undergo a comprehensive assessment of professional competencies, receive an individual development plan, meet the leaders of large companies and join the community of the country’s best managers.
Among those who have successfully passed all stages of selection in previous years, there are also Crimeans. Simferopol resident Emil Ziyadinov became the winner of the second season of the competition.
The further you go, the more preferences and opportunities open up. The circle of acquaintances is expanding, connections are appearing throughout the country. In addition, the participant gets the opportunity to meet with government officials of the highest level. We talked with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, First Deputy Head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko, government vice-premiers and heads of major Russian enterprises. Experts held master classes, shared their experience with us— said Emil Ziyadinov.
The knowledge gained was useful. From the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Crimea, Ziyadinov moved to a higher position of Deputy General Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise «Crimean Railway».
For five years, more than 840 thousand applications have been submitted from all regions of Russia and 150 countries of the world. Every year we carefully analyze the feedback from the competition graduates and, together with the Leaders of Russia Supervisory and Expert Councils, try to make the project even more interesting and useful for our participants. I hope that the fifth season of the competition will become a new and interesting challenge for everyone who wants more on their career path, who wants to deepen and scale their skills, participate in solving the most important tasks of their country— said Alexei Komissarov, General Director of ANO «Russia — a Land of Opportunities».
The competition is held on the basis of a multi-stage evaluation system, which determines the level of development of abilities and managerial qualities. Participants are evaluated by professional experts.
Among the main prizes are a grant of 1 million rubles for training, the opportunity to meet with a mentor from among the leading Russian managers, as well as career advice.
Managers competition «Leaders of Russia» has been held on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation since 2017. Its goal is to identify and support promising leaders with a high level of leadership and managerial abilities.
Citizens of the country and foreigners under 55 years of age with managerial experience of two years or more can take part in the Leaders of Russia competition. To do this, you must register on the official website before May 14. «Leaders of Russia».
