Crimeans can retrain for free to work in the defense industry
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Free vocational training and additional education will become available to Crimeans who are looking for work at enterprises of the military-industrial complex (DIC). The corresponding resolution was signed by the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin.
Thus, enterprises will be able to arrange specialists for vacant positions, and job seekers will find work faster. To receive free training, you must contact employment centers and conclude a student agreement with the company. The state is ready to train over 12 thousand people.
Since 2014, the level of registered unemployment in our republic has halved. For nine years, with the assistance of the employment service, more than 181,000 people have been employed. Applicants are presented with 18-20 thousand vacancies every day— specified in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Crimea.
New labor market support programs enable employers to create temporary jobs for those at risk of being fired, organize public works for people registered with the labor exchange, and retrain employees of industrial enterprises.
