Crimeans' interest in corporate mortgages has grown

Crimeans are more likely to show interest in mortgage loans from an enterprise: today every third employee reports a desire to buy a home with a loan from a company. Employed representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Finance Minister Anton Siluanov suggested that industrial enterprises subsidize the mortgage rate for their employees. Today, every third Crimean (35%) would like to take advantage of a preferential mortgage loan from an employer: the respondents are attracted by the opportunity to purchase housing on more favorable terms. 38% of respondents are not interested in a mortgage from an enterprise: in their opinion, this may result in excessive dependence on the company— noted in the press service of the service.
Those surveyed with children report a desire to take a mortgage loan from an employer more often than those without children (43% vs. 27%), and those who are married more often than single and unmarried people (40% vs. 29%). Among citizens with different income levels, respondents with an income of 50 to 80 thousand rubles are more interested in such a financial product. (39%). Women think about improving living conditions with the help of a company more often than men (39% versus 31%, respectively).
