Crimeans told in which professions the most responsive colleagues
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Educators, workers, storekeepers, nurses, and logistics managers are more likely to offer help to a colleague who has encountered difficulties in work, without any requests from him. System administrators, accountants and lawyers prefer to help only after requests for assistance. Representatives of various professions from the Crimea took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.
Educators and skilled workers are most often ready to come to the aid of a colleague who is having trouble at work without waiting for his request: 73% of representatives of these professions reported their readiness to immediately get involved in the situation. A high level of mutual assistance is also demonstrated by storekeepers, nurses, logistics managers (70% each), PR managers, sales managers and security guards (68% each), — noted in the press service of the service.
Those who lend a shoulder only if a colleague asks for help himself are most among system administrators (35%), accountants (33%), lawyers (31%) and call center operators (30%). «I don’t want to be intrusive»; “I don’t always know what my colleagues are currently working on,” comment the respondents.
Crimeans rarely reported that they would help their colleagues only on the orders of the management, for example, only 4% of such managers among HR managers.
A categorical refusal to help colleagues is atypical behavior for representatives of the vast majority of popular professions, for example, among logistics managers there are only 6% of them, among marketers — 2%.
