19% of those working on the company’s territory and 5% of Crimeans working remotely note increased control by the employer over the past 3 months. Employed representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob service for finding highly paid jobs.

Only 5% of remote employees who report increased control over their work over the past 3 months. Obviously, the opportunity to work from home was left only for the most organized and responsible. 19% of those who go to work note the tightening of labor discipline and increased control over employees over the past 3 months. Men report increased control more often than women (20% and 17% respectively). Respondents under 34 are more likely than those who are older (27 and 15%, respectively).
