Copies of the book will soon arrive in libraries and schools in Yalta and Alushta. Let me remind you that the initiator of the project was the team of the Yalta Historical and Literary Museum, headed by Yulia Rudnik, and in the process dozens of people and organizations were involved in the work — including the Central Archive of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, the Crimean State Committee for Archival Affairs, the Simferopol Art Museum, the daughter of Ivan Krapivny Nadezhda, the niece of Stepan Stanovsky Tatyana Akopyan and many other. A low bow and great gratitude to everyone who participates in projects designed to preserve the memory of partisans and underground fighters,” noted the head of the Yalta administration, Yanina Pavlenko.
At the presentation of the collection “Partisan Unfading Glory” in the administration building, museum director Yulia Rudnik spoke about the progress of preparing the book for publication, about the research work carried out by museum staff to publish memoirs and diaries of direct participants in the heroic partisan struggle on the South Coast.

As part of the “Partisan Unfading Glory” project, a quiz was held on social networks on the topic of the partisan movement in the South Coast. Over fifty people took part in it — historians, local historians, students of the Kherson State Pedagogical University, and schoolchildren. The winners of the quiz “Partisan Unfading Glory” were junior researcher at the Alupka Palace and Park Museum-Reserve Ksenia Galan, deputy director of the Yalta Centralized Club System MBUK Ekaterina Demina, 7th grade student at YASH No. 7 named after. Another component of the project was the children’s drawing competition “Nobody is forgotten, nothing is forgotten,” to which 83 works by students from Simferopol and Yalta children’s art schools and art studios were submitted. The Grand Prix in the painting category went to Yana Bilenko (drawing “Amet Khan Sultan”) and Maria Kirillova (drawing “Road of Life”). The first places in the same category were awarded to Yana Sharina (drawing “Open fire on an enemy transport ship!”) and Maria Sulimenko (drawing “Victory Day in Sevastopol”). In the Graphics nomination, the work of Igor Svirsky (“Victory Parade on Red Square”) was recognized as the best.
All winners of the quiz and competition were awarded letters of gratitude from the head of the Yalta city administration, Yanina Pavlenko, diplomas and valuable gifts from the museum.
The final event was the grand opening of a memorial plaque to the commander of the reconnaissance detachment, twice holder of the Order of the Red Star, Stepan Ipatievich Stanovsky, on the facade of the building where he lived in Yalta in the post-war years — on Sverdlova Street, 8.
