“Dead hand signal”: after a new explosion on the Sun, plasma streams came to the Earth

The edge of the plasma cloud from the last explosion of X4.0 in the region of 4274 has nevertheless come to the Earth. At the moment, the group of spots is no longer even visible on the solar disk, so this is, in fact, a “dead hand signal”. The explosion occurred at the center of six Class X flares, including the two most powerful events of the year, disappeared from view of the Earth on the far side of the Sun, – the message said.

In this regard, noticeable jumps in the magnetic field with a slight increase in density are observed in the vicinity of the Earth. Geomagnetic indices are growing smoothly, but remain in the green zone, scientists report.

As always, there are less positive scenarios that the main blow will come– are not excluded in the Laboratory.

On Friday, the strongest storm on Earth ended. 42 hour magnetic storm planetary scale. She has become the strongest in the last five years. Scientists did not rule out new geomagnetic events.
