Later in the Kremlin statedthat they do not intend to discuss the peace plan for Ukraine through the media.

Plans of the United States and European leaders for Ukraine

Some Western media recently published details of a 28-point document that allegedly contains an American plan to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, approved by US President Donald Trump. The document’s points include: recognition of Crimea and Donbass by Russian on the part of Washington, the official status of the canonical UOC and the declaration of the Russian language as the state language in Ukraine, the reduction of military assistance to Kyiv from the United States and the number of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Ukraine’s consent to be a nuclear-free state and non-entry into NATO.

Later, the EU presented its 24-point plan, and the day before, Reuters reported that the European leaders’ document on Ukraine, published, had been supplemented, and now it also included 28 points. This includes the proposal, unacceptable for Russia, about Ukraine’s possible membership in NATO, which should depend on consensus in the North Atlantic Alliance, while the United States proposed that Kyiv enshrine the obligation not to join NATO in the country’s constitution.
