Entrepreneurial activity in Crimea will be supported by extension of preferential conditions
Adopted in the republic law “On amendments to the Law of the Republic of Crimea “On establishing the tax rate paid when applying the simplified taxation system in the territory of the Republic of Crimea.” The bill was prepared by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Crimea. Extension of preferential tax conditions will play an important role in maintaining and developing business activity in the region. The adopted changes will help Crimean business remain competitive, ensuring the stability of its functioning,” emphasized Irina Kiviko.
As the Deputy Prime Minister said, a bill to amend the relevant law was prepared by the Crimean Ministry of Finance. The draft law was supported by deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea the day before, January 30, in two readings. These changes apply to legal relations arising from January 1, 2026.
“In the republic, the effect of reduced tax rates of 4% and 10% for taxpayers of the simplified tax system who carry out certain types of economic activities and meet the criteria approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 30, 2025 No. 4176-r is extended until 2026. Preferential rates of 1% and 5% are also maintained for social enterprises and organizations that are copyright holders of computer programs included in the unified register of Russian computer programs and databases and (or) who have received a document on state accreditation of IT companiescommented Irina Kiviko.
