Every second Crimean will tell management about a colleague leaking information to competitors
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Corporate ethics are above all: every second Crimean will report to his superiors about the fact that a colleague has disclosed official information. Representatives of the economically active population took part in the survey of the SuperJob search service for highly paid jobs.
51% of Crimeans will tell management about a colleague leaking valuable information to competitors: “I don’t want the company to suffer losses”; “I will definitely inform you after a thorough check of the information received”; “I try to be responsible, honest and fair. I can’t stand meanness and lies.” 15% will keep such information to themselves: “I don’t interfere in my own business. Everything secret becomes clear”; “I’ll ask a colleague to tell the authorities everything himself.” Every third person finds it difficult to make a decision: “I’ll talk to this colleague first, I’ll try to find out the reason, maybe it’s still possible to help me come to my senses”— noted in the press service of the service.
Most often, young people under 24 (66%) show their willingness to report information leaks, least often — respondents from 25 to 44 years old (48%).
