Ex-head of administration of Feodosiya Andrey Lebedev arrested. Somewhere out of control

Feodosia city court — not for the first time in recent days in the spotlight Media and the public. Another verdict is the detention of the former head of the administration of Feodosia, Andrei Lebedev. Bye — until 28 March 2023 year (from 28 January — for two months). Then everything will be decided in the course of the investigation.

The press service of the court 2023 clarified that Lebedev was detained under paragraph “in » Part 3 Art. of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Exceeding official powers with causing grave consequences”). The sanction of the article provides for a wide range of punishments, including imprisonment up to years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years.

Interestingly, neither the Investigative Committee, nor the prosecutor’s office, nor the Ministry of Internal Affairs, nor the FSB report on the initiation of a case against Lebedev, so the details of the «purges» in Feodosia can only be obtained from social networks — but all this information, as you understand, is, to put it mildly, unofficial (from «mass arrests in Feodosiya» to «Moscow landing of detectives», from «land scandals» to «alcohol trade»).

Recall that Lebedev (director of the Feodosia branch of Krymkhleb) headed the administration of Feodosia from December 2021 to July 28 when he wrote a letter of resignation «of his own free will» (after criticizing the Head of Crimea).
