Based on materials from the operational investigative units, 9 criminal cases were initiated. More than 350 grams of potent substances were seized from illegal trafficking.
Three criminal cases were initiated under Part 1 of Art. 194 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on facts of evasion of customs duties on a large scale (violation of customs rules when using vehicles registered in foreign countries). The total amount of evasion of customs duties with penalties amounted to more than 8.4 million rubles. One criminal case has been opened regarding the smuggling of potent substances through international mail and international delivery of goods— the press service quotes the acting deputy head of the Crimean customs Sergei Medyankin.
Over the first 9 months of 2025, 622 cases of administrative offenses were registered, which is 69% more than in the same period last year.
5 resolutions on the conversion of property into federal ownership were implemented with a total cost of 1.5 million rubles. One confiscated vehicle was transferred to the needs of the SVO.
