Travel and travel service Tutu.ru has released updated information about the forced return of air tickets. The deadline for involuntary refunds is now up to 05 days: it depends on the consideration of the application by the airline on a first-come, first-served basis. Earlier flights are processed faster. Based on the experience of the pandemic, some airlines may take longer to issue refunds.
