Former heads of commercial organizations fined in Sevastopol for violations of bankruptcy laws

Based on materials from the prosecutor’s office, the Sevastopol Arbitration Court fined former heads of commercial organizations for violating bankruptcy laws.
The prosecutor’s office of the Leninsky district of the city of Sevastopol conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of bankruptcy legislation. It was established that by the decisions of the Arbitration Court of Sevastopol LLC «Terra-Stroy 1» and LLC «Tin-Bam Prodservice» were declared bankrupt, bankruptcy proceedings were opened. At the same time, in violation of the requirements of the law and court decisions, the former heads of debtor enterprises did not ensure the transfer of seals, stamps, statutory documents, accounting documents, contracts, information about property, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other relevant documents to the bankruptcy trustee— noted in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of Sevastopol.
Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor’s office of the district in relation to the former heads of commercial organizations initiated cases of administrative offenses under Part 4 of Art. 14.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (illegal obstruction of the activities of the bankruptcy trustee, including evasion from transferring to the bankruptcy trustee information and (or) documents necessary for the performance of the duties assigned to him).
Based on materials from the prosecutor’s office, the Sevastopol Arbitration Court fined the perpetrators a total of 80,000 rubles.
