Former Marine of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mikhail Chupil, accused in the case of preparing a terrorist attack in one of the shopping and entertainment centers of Simferopol, pleaded not guilty during a meeting in the Southern District Military Court, reports TASS.

No, I’m not entirely guilty.— said the defendant, answering the judge’s question about the admission of guilt.

There are more than 10 witnesses in the case of preparing a terrorist attack in the shopping center of Simferopol. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for June 8.

According to investigators, Chupil is suspected of plotting a terrorist act in the Meganom shopping center in Simferopol, where he officially worked. According to him, he came to Crimea to live with his mother, after which he received Russian citizenship. He also has Ukrainian citizenship.
