Free rental in Sevastopol: young parents of the city can save on children’s goods

Young mother Evgenia Makarkina turned to the department of social assistance to families and children No. 4 on Kurchatova Street, 11. The department staff promptly provided a stroller, a crib, a changing table and a swing chair for Misha, the third child in the family. The rental stroller costs 25 thousand rubles, the crib and changing table with chest of drawers cost 14.5 thousand each, and the chaise longue costs 7.5 thousand. In total, the family saved more than 60 thousand rubles. In total there are 29 items on the list.

Since 2025, the city has been implementing a program to increase the birth rate — this is part of the “Family” national project. Free rental of essential items for newborns and “Social Nanny” have proven their relevance and effectiveness in helping young mothers and fathers.
