CrimeaPRESS reports:
According to the Decree of the Yalta city administration dated May 5, 2023, from June 1 to September 30, all types of construction work are suspended throughout the territory of the municipality of Yalta city district, with the exception of objects implemented at the expense of the federal, republican or municipal budgets, as well as those implemented within the free economic zone, investment agreements.
In addition, the ban on construction during the holiday season does not apply to specialized developers participating in shared construction on the basis of the relevant Federal Law of December 30, 2014— reported the press service of the administration of Yalta.
The imposed restrictive measures will not affect the children’s recreation centers being built on the territory of the municipality, earthworks for laying engineering communications, emergency restoration work and finishing work, if they have the consent of the head of the administration of the city of Yalta to carry out construction work in the specified period.
