FSB detained two saboteurs in Crimea — they worked for Kyiv
In 2024, they established contact with an employee of the Ukrainian special services, under whose leadership they collected and sent information about the deployment of Russian Defense Ministry facilities on the peninsula, critical infrastructure, movements of columns of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces, as well as the results of missile strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
FSB employees detained in Crimea, two Russians who committed sabotage at the direction of the Ukrainian special services. This was reported by the Public Relations Center (PSC) of the FSB of Russia.

Sabotage
- FSB officers detained two Russians born in 1995 who were involved in committing a series of sabotage and terrorist acts in 2024 and 2025.
- In 2024, through Telegram, they established contact with an employee of the Ukrainian special services, under whose leadership they collected and sent information about the deployment of Russian Ministry of Defense facilities on the Crimean Peninsula, critical infrastructure, movements of columns of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces, as well as the results of missile strikes by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
- According to the FSB, saboteurs also set fire to relay cabinets of the Crimean Railway Federal State Enterprise and equipment of cellular communication base stations located in the Saki and Simferopol regions of Crimea.
Investigation
- The Investigation Department of the FSB Directorate for the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol opened criminal cases under Art. 205 (terrorist act) and art. 205.3 (training for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
- Detainees given confessions.
- Court arrested them for two months, the FSB department for the region and the city of Sevastopol told TASS.
