He came up with it himself — he himself was offended: a Sevastopol resident beat up his sleeping drinking buddy “under the influence”

The police established that the 41-year-old man had gathered his neighbors at his place. A company of three men and a woman spent their time peacefully talking and drinking alcohol, and after a while began to disperse. After some time, one of the banquet participants, a 25-year-old young man, being depressed, came up with the idea that the other participants had offended him. First, he broke into one of the neighbors, poured water on him and started a scandal. Then his aggression turned to the owner of the room where the feast was taking place. The man woke up from the beating and was unable to defend himself. The beating stopped only when the attacker was tired and calmly went to bed.

Emergency medical services and police were called to the scene. Operatives of the Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Leninsky district detained the suspect. It turned out that the man did not remember the very fact of attacking his comrade and could not clearly explain the motives for his action, — the details of the incident were announced by the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Sevastopol.

The territorial department of inquiry initiated a criminal case against the attacker under Part 1 of Art. 112 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Intentional infliction of moderate harm to health”, he faces up to three years in prison.
