Sometimes people prefer the simplest and most irresponsible way out in such a situation — not to be treated at all, which can already endanger the health and lives of other citizens. In such a situation, the state has no choice but to send the patient for compulsory treatment , the press service of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea notes.

A similar measure had to be applied to citizen S., in respect of whom enforcement proceedings were initiated on the mandatory passage of a course of inpatient treatment for tuberculosis, which is on compulsory execution in the bailiffs’ department for the Kievsky district of Simferopol of the UFSSP of Russia in the Republic of Crimea.

The patient refused hospitalization than posed a threat to the health and life of all citizens with whom he was in contact.
