Heating season in Kerch — problematic issues
Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk held a working meeting with the head of the Kerch city administration Oleg Katorgin. The focus is on city development issues, including preparation for the heating season, improvement of the urban environment and increasing the efficiency of management organizations.
During the meeting, special attention was paid to requests from Kerch residents related to the start of the heating season. Citizens complain about delays in the supply of heat to apartment buildings and difficulties in eliminating emergency situations.
Based on the results of operational monitoring of received complaints, systemic violations were identified in the work of ten management organizations of Kerch. All collected information has already been transferred to the housing supervision inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea. Upon completion of the inspection, administrative measures will be taken against identified violators.
The progress of work on improving the urban environment was also discussed at the meeting. By the end of this year, it is planned to complete the improvement of 33 courtyards and 3 public areas in Kerch. Special attention was paid to the repair of the road network. This year, 32 roads with a total length of 18.2 kilometers are being repaired. On behalf of the Head of the Republic of Crimea, an additional 1 billion rubles have been allocated to the city this year.
