“I give my heart to children”: the best additional education teacher is chosen in Sevastopol

· Goncharova Anastasia Vyacheslavovna, teacher of the creative association “Choreography” of the Balaklava House of Children and Youth Creativity;
· Chinese Alexander Alexandrovich, teacher of the creative association “Young Ship Engineers” of the Sevastopol Children’s Marine Flotilla named after. N.G. Kuznetsova;
· Kolodina Olga Vladimirovna, teacher of the creative association “Original Genre Theater “ArtMANiYA” of the Center for Additional Education “Minor Academy of Sciences”;
· Leonov Sergey Yuryevich, teacher of the creative association “Musical Art. Wind and percussion instruments” of the Palace of Children and Youth Creativity;
· Pypka Vladislav Nikolaevich, teacher of the creative association “Sevastopol Waltz” of the Center for Military-Patriotic Education of Students;
· Vera Ilyinichna Sokova, teacher of the creative association “Boogie-Woogie” of the Sevastopol Center for Tourism, Local History, Sports and Excursions;
· Victoria Andreevna Chukhlatenko, teacher of the creative association “I am a Designer” at the Sevastopol station for young technicians.

The regional stage takes place in two rounds. The correspondence round contained three competitive tests: participants recorded a video presentation about their activities, recorded a video message “The educational potential of my additional general education program,” and also presented an assessment of the additional general education program and the effectiveness of the quality of its implementation.

The second round is a face-to-face test “Your path to self-realization and success.” Each teacher had to conduct a lesson with an unfamiliar group of children according to their profile.

The All-Russian competition of professional excellence “I Give My Heart to Children” is an important stage in the professional development of all teaching staff in the country. The jury evaluates organizational skills, professional competencies of the teacher, methodological and psychological literacy. Communication skills are also important. We evaluate the ability to conduct a lesson in a non-standard situation and achieve the set goals of the lesson. Despite the different directions of additional education workers, the common goal is to teach children new additional skills in creativity, sports, modern technologies, — shared the chairman of the competition jury, deputy director of the Institute for Educational Development Irina Starodubtseva.

The winner of the regional stage will represent the city of Sevastopol at the All-Russian level.
