If necessary, I’ll inject myself… Almost 600 thousand Crimeans have been immunized against influenza
CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the Republic of Crimea, annual flu vaccination continues. To date, 590,487 people have been immunized, of which 423,373 are adults and 167,114 are children.
Vaccination will last until the end of November, however, it is recommended to get vaccinated as early as possible so that protective antibodies have time to form before the seasonal growth of ARVI begins.
The drugs Sovigripp and Flu-M are used to vaccinate the adult population, and Ultrix Quadri is used to immunize pregnant women and children. The drug “Grippol Plus” has also been received, which is used to vaccinate adults and children. These vaccines reliably protect against influenza strains that experts predict will circulate in the upcoming epidemic season.
Influenza viruses are constantly mutating, and new strains appear every season. Therefore, it is important to get vaccinated annually to be protected against current viruses.
Let us remind you that you can get vaccinated at any nearest medical facility. A timely vaccination is the most reliable means of preventing influenza and its complications.
