Implementation of certificates for the purchase of housing for orphans has started in Sevastopol

In Sevastopol, the first three citizens from the category of orphans and children left without parental care used the received certificates to purchase housing. These social payments are made on behalf of the Governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev.

As an additional measure to improve the living conditions of orphans, the Government of Sevastopol decided to issue a certificate for this category of citizens to receive social benefits. Such a certificate can be used to purchase housing over 33 sq. m. Funds can be used to purchase an apartment or residential building in Sevastopol. According to the specialist, the capital construction department checked the residential premises purchased by the certificate holders for compliance with the established requirements. So, in September, representatives of this category of citizens were handed the keys to 52 apartments in a new building on Laboratornoye Highway. By the end of the year, it is planned to purchase more residential premises.
