Important: acceptance of documents for registration of real estate of new territories in the MFC of Crimea and Sevastopol has begun

From October 1, 2025, 14 “My Documents” centers in the Republic of Crimea and 4 centers in Sevastopol began accepting applications and documents from copyright holders for registration of real estate located on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, as well as Zaporozhye and Kherson regions.
In order to use the services of the “My Documents” centers, you must register in advance. Registration is carried out through an electronic queue management system. You can get a coupon either on the official website of the MFC of Crimea or Sevastopol (section “Pre-registration”), or by calling the contact center. Contact numbers in Crimea:
- 8 (3652) 604-920, +7 (978) 950-94-50, +7 (978) 950-94-51.
In Sevastopol:
- by calling the Call Center 122 (extension 5) and +7 (8692) 417-100 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 08:00 to 15:00.
My Documents centers provide a wide range of Rosreestr services, including state cadastral registration, registration of real estate rights and provision of information from the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRN). The priority way to make an appointment is to fill out an application by appointment. This avoids long waits and greatly simplifies the process of obtaining the necessary services. Each center is equipped with qualified specialists who are ready to assist in paperwork and answer all questions that may arise.,” noted Deputy Director of the Multifunctional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services of Sevastopol Yuri Gromyak.
New opportunities opened in the My Documents centers significantly simplify the process of registering real estate located on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, as well as Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. Citizens are provided with convenient access to necessary services, which contributes to more efficient management of their property.
