Important: customs posts of the Crimean customs that process the recycling fee will work seven days a week
Due to changes rules calculation and payment of recycling fees in relation to wheeled vehicles and trailers for them from December 1, 2025 in order to timely pay the recycling fee for vehicles using coefficients and conditions, in accordance with the current version of Government Resolution No. 1291, acceptance of recycling fee calculations from November 24 to November 30, 2025 (inclusive) will be provided by the customs posts of the Crimean customs from 9:00 to 21:00 without breaks and weekends.

From December 1, 2025, changes were made to Government Decree No. 1291 of December 26, 2013. In accordance with Government Decree No. 1713, from December 1, 2025, changes will come into force regarding the calculation and payment of recycling fees in relation to wheeled vehicles and their trailers.
The changes concern the coefficients for calculating the amount of the recycling fee payable and the conditions for classifying vehicles as vehicles for personal use.
In order to pay the recycling fee for vehicles using coefficients and conditions, in accordance with the current edition (dated July 15, 2025), you must submit a passenger customs declaration together with the calculation of the recycling fee (if it is necessary to declare the vehicle) or the calculation of the recycling fee, with the necessary documents to confirm the correctness of calculation of the amount of the recycling fee when importing a vehicle from the EAEU member states no later than November 30 2025.
