The press service of the Office of the Judicial Department in the Republic of Crimea reported that by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated February 16, 2026 No. 93 “On the appointment of judges of federal courts and on representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in the qualification boards of judges of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation,” it was decided to appoint:

• Chairman of the Pervomaisky District Court of the Republic of Crimea — Anna Mikhailovna Klimova;
• Judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea — Vasily Yakovlevich Zlotnikov;
• judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Crimea — Igor Vyacheslavovich Lomovsky;
• judge of the Alushta City Court — Ershova Yana Yuryevna;
• judge of the Evpatoria City Court — Elena Aleksandrovna Frolova;
• Judge of the Krasnoperekopsky District Court — Darina Borisovna Okonova;
• Judge of the Central District Court of Simferopol — Kristina Sergeevna Shevchuk.
