Important: in the Crimea, documents for participation in the program «Zemsky cultural worker» are accepted until October 10

Not only cultural workers, but also graduates of organizations of higher or secondary vocational education can participate in additional competitive selection.

In libraries and museums, children’s schools, cultural and leisure institutions of Dzhankoy, Bakhchisaray, Leninsky, Kirovsky, Simferopol, Soviet, Black Sea, Belogorsky, Pervomaisky and Razdolnensky districts, as well as in Alushta and Sudak 38 vacant posts. Among them are artistic leaders, club heads, leaders of club formations, circles, teachers of various disciplines, librarians, bibliographers, choreographers, researchers and methodologists of museums, culturalities.

Participants in competitive selection may become:

— citizens of the Russian Federation with a higher or secondary specialized education that meets the qualification requirements for a vacant position;

— persons living or working outside the settlement in which they plan to work;

— Culture workers who did not receive payment under the program earlier.

Stages of the implementation of the program:

— from September 8 to October 10, 2025 — acceptance of applications from applicants;

— until October 20, 2025 — the work of the commission for the consideration and evaluation of applications;

— until October 23, 2025 — approval of the lists of recipients of payments;

— until November 01, 2025 — the signing of labor contracts with cultural organizations;

— Until December 01, 2025 — receipt of a one -time compensatory payment by cultural workers who have passed competitive selection.
