They will be considered at working consultations, meetings with lawyers, attorneys, notaries, government and law enforcement officials.

In some regions, there is a growing number of cases where people sell real estate under the influence of scammers, and after receiving the money, they dispute the transactions in order to return the alienated housing. As a result, bona fide buyers become victims, while banks, notaries, and insurance companies suffer financial and reputational losses.

It is expected that the creation of an operational headquarters to protect bona fide buyers will help identify typical scenarios and key risks, and find points of vulnerability in real estate transactions. The RGR considers its main task to convey proposals to market participants and deputies to protect buyers and reduce risks. The association aims to restore justice and ensure a uniform interpretation of legislative norms of law.
