Forming a register is, first of all, a step towards systematizing and understanding what kind of creative potential we have, in order to then purposefully develop it, offering exactly those support measures that will be most effective– said Irina Kiviko.

Let us remind you that work on the formation of the Register of subjects of creative (creative) industries in the Republic of Crimea is carried out within the framework of the implementation of the Federal Law from August 8, 2024 No. 330-FZ “On the development of creative industries in the Russian Federation”, Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated May 8, 2025 No. 617 “On the procedure for forming and maintaining a unified register of subjects of creative (creative) industries and the procedure for providing information by subjects of creative (creative) industries that have received financial and (or) property support in the field of creative (creative) industries», Law of the State Council of the Republic of Crimea of ​​October 29, 2025 No. 101-ZRK/2025 “On the development of creative industries in the Republic of Crimea”, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated October 8, 2025 No. 684 “On some issues in the field of development of creative industries in the Republic of Crimea”.

Individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carrying out business activities in the field of creative industries in the Republic of Crimea can familiarize themselves with the Procedure for confirming the compliance of individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs with the criteria for being classified as subjects of creative industries in the Republic of Crimea and The procedure for the formation and maintenance of the Register of subjects of creative (creative) industries in the Republic of Crimea in the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.

In addition, in order to develop the regional creative economy in the Republic of Crimea, in accordance with Decree of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea dated 01.02.2023 No. 128-r “On approval of the strategy for the development of a creative cluster in the territory of the Republic of Crimea” A creative cluster has been created at the Entrepreneurship Support Fund of the Republic of Crimea. An expert council of the cluster was formed, which included representatives of the executive bodies of the Republic of Crimea, scientific and educational institutions, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
