Important: the list of categories of citizens entitled to receive free legal assistance has been supplemented

According to the amendments made, persons who are plaintiffs in courts considering cases of an employer’s refusal to conclude an employment contract that violates the guarantees established by the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, reinstatement at work, recovery of earnings, including during forced absence, and compensation for moral damage caused by unlawful actions (inaction) of the employer have the right to count on free legal assistance.
