You can quickly enroll your child in kindergarten in Sevastopol through the Gosuslugi portal. Kindergartens accept children aged 2 months to 7 years. For children under 3 years of age, nursery groups are provided, but they do not operate in all preschool institutions. The most common age to start attending kindergarten is 3 years old. In Sevastopol there are no queues for kindergartens and there are free places. This is the result of the construction and renovation of preschool institutions in the city.
What is needed to submit an application for State Services:

2. Fill out the electronic application form;
3. Wait no more than 30 calendar days for the child to be registered.In Sevastopol, since the beginning of 2026, over 440 applications for this service have been submitted, of which 79% were submitted electronically.
