In 2025, Crimean entrepreneurs received 1 billion rubles in the form of preferential microloans
CrimeaPRESS reports:
More than a billion rubles were received by 447 SMEs under various preferential microcredit programs. A significant indicator, which is achieved annually in the republic, indicates the relevance and demand for government support measures, as well as the growth of the business sector in the economy of the region as a whole — The press service quotes Irina Kiviko.
As the Deputy Prime Minister noted, the total volume of borrowed funds issued for the entire period of activity of the Microfinance Entrepreneurship Fund of the Republic of Crimea amounted to more than 9 billion rubles.
Today, the Fund has 8 financial products available that meet the current needs of entrepreneurs at all stages of business development — from start-up and replenishment of working capital, to scaling production and overcoming the consequences of emergency situations.
Thus, one of the popular support measures this year was the “Business Emergency” program, intended for SMEs affected by emergency situations. The amount of support ranges from 150 thousand to 2 million rubles with a preferential interest rate of only 3% to 8.25% per annum.
In parallel, the Foundation continues to implement a socially significant program — “ZA Support”, intended for entrepreneurs operating in the field of services and selling goods for SVO participants. The terms of the program provide for a loan of up to 5 million rubles for a period of up to three years at a rate of 5% to 12.38% per annum.
Let us remind you that the Microfinance Fund for Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Crimea operates within the framework of the federal project “Small and Medium Enterprises”, which has become a structural component of the new national project “Efficient and Competitive Economy”.
