In 2025, housing conditions improved for 308 Sevastopol residents who were provided with social support measures as part of the implementation of the city’s housing policy. About 764 million rubles were allocated for these purposes from the federal and regional budgets.
The Capital Construction Department ensures the implementation of a set of measures to improve the living conditions of various categories of citizens. Young and large families, disabled people, military veterans, rehabilitated citizens and orphans received one-time payments for the purchase of housing. Support is provided within the framework of national projects and the state program “Housing”, including such areas as “Assistance to constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the implementation of powers to provide state support to citizens in providing housing”, “Large families”, “Increasing the birth rate” and “Providing housing for certain categories of citizens”.
Last year, special attention was paid to the relocation of citizens from emergency housing stock, which made it possible to increase the level of safety and living comfort for dozens of families.
In 2025, several new projects were launched as part of the housing policy aimed at improving the living conditions of citizens. First of all, we launched the “Affordable Housing” project and began construction of an apartment building with fully furnished apartments and at a cost of 1 sq. m. meters of housing is significantly lower than the market rate. Also in 2025, Sevastopol families whose third and subsequent children were born, through a single operator DOM.RF began to provide additional regional payments in the amount of 550 thousand rubles. to repay mortgages or loans. Work on these projects will continue in 2026, — noted the head of the department’s housing policy department, Dmitry Shchukin.
By 2026, it is planned to allocate about 1 billion rubles to improve the living conditions of certain categories of citizens through social support measures.
