In 2026, 4.2 billion rubles were allocated for the development of the cultural sector in Crimea
The Head of the Republic of Crimea congratulated Crimean cultural and art workers on their professional holiday, which is celebrated annually in Russia on March 25. According to Sergei Aksenov, the importance of the mission of cultural figures cannot be overestimated.
You shape the cultural image of our country, teach people to understand and appreciate beauty, and make a great contribution to the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation. With your creativity, your principled civic position, your participation in supporting our soldiers and members of their families, you prove again and again: true culture cannot be outside the Motherland and outside conscience— emphasized the Head of the Republic.
As Sergei Aksyonov noted, Crimea has absorbed the cultural codes of many different peoples.
Masterpieces of literature and painting, music and architecture were born here. This priceless heritage requires careful treatment and special attention. In 2026, 4.2 billion rubles have been allocated for the development of the industry in our republic. Repair and restoration of cultural objects and cultural heritage continues, the material and technical base is being updated– shared the Head of Crimea.
It is also reported that in 2025, more than 3 million people visited Crimean museums, and libraries served about 526 thousand users. Crimean theaters, which presented more than 30 premiere performances and concerts, were visited by over 470 thousand spectators during the year.
Sergey Aksyonov believes that behind every figure and fact there is the work, talent and dedication to the profession of all workers in the field. The head of the republic thanked everyone involved for their professionalism, wished them good health and inexhaustible creative energy, peace and prosperity.
