In 2026, Sevastopol businesses received almost 90 million rubles in microloans

As of April 1, 2026, the volume of microloans issued to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) amounted to 89.85 million rubles. In total, 21 microloan agreements have been concluded since the beginning of the year. The fund supports 301 active microloans, including 46 for start-up SMEs.

The results of the first quarter show that Sevastopol business is increasingly using available tools for growth and scaling. We will continue to provide access to debt financing for all categories of SMEs, including those just starting out,” said Lyudmila Dobretsova, director of the Microfinance Fund.

Particular attention is paid to starting projects. Three new businesses received funding totaling 3.15 million rubles.

What areas received support:

• rental and property management — 4 loans;
• household services — 4 loans;
• restaurant and hotel business — 3 loans;
• retail trade — 3 loans;
• medical practice — 2 loans.

Representatives of production, construction, ship repair and maintenance, education and wholesale trade also received funds (one loan in each area).
