In 2026, the Unified Contact Center for Social Protection in Sevastopol received more than 3 thousand requests from citizens

On the first line of the Unified Contact Center, a virtual assistant responds to citizens. If it is necessary to receive more detailed advice, he redirects the call to the operator — an employee of the Social Fund of Russia or the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection.

The ECC allows you to advise people in real time on the provision of social support measures.

On the basis of the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection, the Unified Contact Center for interaction with citizens continues its work. There are two operators on site and more than 3 thousand calls have been processed since the beginning of the year. Citizens come here with various exciting questions: how to apply for regional maternity capital, apply for state social assistance for students, receive payments to SVO participants, restore the Unified State Tax System card, and more.,” said Alevtina Zlobina, director of the Sevastopol Coordination and Information Center for Social Protection.

To ensure the security of personal data, all conversations are conducted in compliance with the law, so you must prepare your SNILS number in advance. Calls are free for both landline and mobile phone subscribers registered in the Russian Federation.

We receive calls constantly, the information flow is huge and each person needs to be given time and attention, help in resolving the problem. On average, according to reported data, a conversation lasts 2 minutes and 18 seconds. Working with people is difficult, but we always try to find an approach to everyone who needs it and do everything necessary that is within our power,” said social work specialist and hotline operator Ksenia Nikolaeva.

The ECC is open: Mon-Thu: from 9:00 to 18:00, on Friday: from 9:00 to 16:45, calls are accepted by phone 8 800 100 00 01.
