In Alushta, an employee robbed a construction site — he took away 35 cans of facade paint

Investigators were able to establish the involvement of one of the facility’s employees in the incident. A 26-year-old local resident confessed to his crime during his arrest. According to him, acting in the evening, when the construction site employees had left the territory, he removed the paint in a friend’s car, who knew nothing about his friend’s intentions. He sold the stolen goods for 125 thousand rubles, which he spent on personal expenses. The investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Alushta opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Art. 158 (Theft) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation— reported the press service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in Crimea.
The defendant was given a preventive measure in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place and proper behavior.
