In Crimea, the prosecutor’s office of the Nizhnegorsky district sent a criminal case to the court about a traffic accident in which a family with three children suffered. A 54-year-old local resident is accused of committing a crime under paragraph «a» part 2 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of the rules of the road, negligently entailing the infliction of serious harm to human health, committed by a person in a state of alcoholic intoxication).

On March 18 of this year, at night, a driver, being in a state of intoxication, moving along the road in the village of Yemelyanovka, Nizhnegorsky district, along Centralnaya Street, hit a family with three young children who were walking along the edge of the roadway in the direction of the car.
